改良羊血巧克力培养基在嗜血杆菌药敏试验中的应用初探 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价改良羊血巧克力培养基在嗜血杆菌药敏试验中的应用。方法对2014年10月-2015年6月收集的53株流感嗜血杆菌同时用改良羊血巧克力培养基与嗜血杆菌试验培养基(HTM)检测氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢噻肟、阿奇霉素、左氧氟沙星、亚胺培南、氯霉素、四环素、复方新诺明、头孢呋辛、氨曲南11种抗菌药物敏感度。2种方法的一致性用χ2检验,比较2种方法的符合率、极重大误差率、重大误差率。结果 2种方法检测结果的符合率除了四环素为81.8%外,其余10种抗菌药物的药敏符合率均>90%。2种培养基中仅四环素敏感率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。11种抗菌药物均未出现极重大误差,四环素、头孢呋辛、复方新诺明出现了重大误差,重大误差率分别为18.9%、3.8%、7.5%。结论改良羊血巧克力培养基可代替HTM培养基,用于氨苄西林、左氧氟沙星、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢噻肟、氨曲南、亚胺培南、阿奇霉素、氯霉素的纸片扩散法药敏试验。 Objective To evaluate the application of improved sheep blood chocolateculture medium in Hemophilus influenza susceptibility test. Methods 53 strains of Haemophilus influenza were collected from October,2014 to June,2015 with improved sheep blood chocolate culture medium and Haemophilus test medium base( HTM) for its antibacterial drugs sensitivity detection to ampicillin,ampicillin / sulbactam,cefotaxime,azithromycin,levofloxacin,imipenem,chloramphenicol,tetracycline,sulfamethoxazole,cefuroxime,aztreonam. The consistency of the two methods was tested by chi square test,and the compliance rate,very major errors rate,major errors rate were compared between the 2 methods. Results The coincidence rate of the results between the 2 methods,in addition to the tetracycline( 81. 8%),on the drug sensitivity of the other 10 kinds of antibiotics was 90%. There was statistical significance on the sensitivity rate difference of tetracycline in the 2 cultivation basis( P 0. 01). The test results of 11 kinds of antibacterial drugs did not have very major errors. But tetracycline,cefuroxime and sulfamethoxazole appeared a major error,and the major error rates were 18. 9%,3. 8%,7. 5%. Conclusion Improved sheep blood chocolate culture medium can replace the HTM medium to do the paper dispersion method drug sensitive test for ampicillin and levofloxacin,ampicillin / sulbactam,cefuroxime,cefotaxime,aztreonam,imipenem,azithromycin,chloramphenicol,sulfamethoxazole.
