整县农村污水治理PPP模式的探索与实践——以广东省云浮市郁南县为例

The Exploration and Practice of Whole County Rural Sewage Treatment PPP Mode:Taking Yunan County,Yunfu City as an Example

农村污水治理是改善我国农村人居环境、提升农村卫生标准的重点任务。粤东西北地区是广东省的欠发达地区,生活垃圾和污水治理工作明显滞后,已成为制约广东省经济社会可持续发展和全面建成小康社会的短板。本文以广东省云浮市郁南县为例,梳理总结其整县农村污水治理PPP模式的工作经验,包括整县农村污水治理PPP项目的简介、工作要点、未来展望等,以期对粤东西北地区以及其他经济欠发达地区的农村污水治理工作提供参考和启示。

Rural Sewage Disposal is the key task to improve rural human settlement in China and hygienic standard. The east-west-north area of Guangdong is the less developed areas of Guangdong province, the work of living garbage and sewage disposal is obviously lags behind, and it has become the Guangdong＇s restrict of economic and social sustainable development and building a well-off society in an all-round way. Taking Yunan county, Yunfu city as an example, this paper summaries the experience of the whole county rural sewage disposal PPP mode, hoping to supply reference and enlightenment to the east-west-north area of Guangdong and other economic less-developed regions.
