基于移民搬迁政策作用的陕南地区乡村居民点空间演变研究——以商洛市为例

The Spatial Evolution of Rural Settlements in Southern Shanxi Based on Resettlement Policy:Taking Shangluo City as an Example

乡村居民点是农村人口聚居的场所,研究乡村居民点的空间演变对城乡协调发展、逐步缩小城乡差距与实现全面小康社会具有重要意义。陕南地区生态环境脆弱,人居环境条件差,人口和居民点分布受自然条件影响较大,2011年起开始实施的陕南移民搬迁政策对陕南地区乡村居民点空间演变产生巨大影响。本文以陕西省商洛市为例,分别从宏观分布与微观形态演变两个角度分析了陕南移民搬迁政策作用下乡村居民点空间演变过程。在此基础上探寻移民搬迁政策对乡村居民点空间演变轨迹的作用及其作用的正负效应,为乡村居民点空间优化提供参考,也为进一步的搬迁安置提供借鉴。

Rural settlements are the place where the rural peasants live in. Research on the spatial evolution of rural settlements is very important to coordinate the development of urban and rural space, gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural space and realize the all-round well- off society. In southern Shanxi, the ecological environment is fragile and the living environment conditions is poor, and the population and settlements distribution are greatly influenced by natural conditions. Since 2011, the implementation of the resettlement policy has a great impact on the spatial evolution of rural settlements in Southern Shanxi. This paper takes Shangluo as an example and analyzes the evolution process of the rural settlements space in southern Shanxi under the settlements policy from macro distribution and micro morphological evolution. Based on it, the article studies the influence of the resettlement policy and its positive and negative effect, to provide reference for the optimization of rural residential space and further relocation in the future.
