散居型村庄规划的乡村性保持策略研究——以瑞金市黄柏乡向阳村为例

Keep Rurality of Scattered Village:Taking the Planning of Xiangyang Village in Ruijin City for Example

散居型村庄是乡土文化的摇篮,是人们探源寻根的重要载体,在快速城镇化发展进程中,其原生态的农村风貌和传统乡土特色正在快速消失,乡愁难觅。村庄规划要最大限度地保持其乡村性,重塑村庄乡土空间。本文从村庄规划的乡土性保持策略研究出发,梳理了散居型村庄及乡村性的概念和内涵,总结了赣南散居型村庄的主要特点,并从价值导向和问题导向出发,在挖掘村庄乡土特色的同时,发现亟待解决的关键性现实问题,结合江西省瑞金市向阳村村庄规划实例,在空间布局、住宅设计、文脉传承、特色产业、公共服务和公众参与六个方面总结了具体实施策略,提出了村庄规划乡村性保持和优化设计的基本思路框架,从微观层面丰富了乡村性研究的内容与层次,以期为我国其他散居型村庄规划编制及研究提供参考。

As the cradle of local culture, scattered village is important carrier of retraces roots. Village local features are rapidly disappearing in the process of urbanization. Village planning should maximize the traditional local culture, restore and enhance the vitality of the village. In order to build rural research strategy, this paper summarized the concept and connotations of the scattered villages, analyzed the main characteristics and development trend of scattered villages in southern Jiangxi province. Combined with the Xiangyang village planning, this paper summarizes the strategy about the space layout, residential design, cultural inheritance, characteristic industry, public service and public participation. Finally, the paper built up the basic thinking framework of how to keep local characteristics in scattered Villages. This paper can provide reference for other village plannings.
