摘要
教师职前实践教学共同体关注师范生个体知识的习得,更关注整体社会、学校与个体之间相互合作、互动关系的构建。教师职前实践教学具有从摒弃单向传递的临床指导模式,走向协同联动、情境化、整体化、深度融合的共同体的发展趋向。大学、政府、中小学应该从无形文化形态和有形实践路径两个层面来重构职前教师实践教学共同体。
The teacher's pre-career teaching practice community pay more attention to the construction of a community, mutual cooperation and interaction in the school and in the whole society and to the individuals acquiring knowledge. It breaks away from the one-way flow of knowledge and supervision to development in a community that emphasizes cooperation, context, wholeness, and integration. Therefore, universities, local governments and primary and high schools should reconstruct the community of teacher's pre-career teaching practice in the invisible culture to visible practice.
