课程改革中教师面临问题探讨

摘要 课程改革是教育改革的重点,课程改革的重点在于广大的教师群体,而课程改革一旦损害广大教师的利益和权利,势必会影响到改革的进程。目前我们的课程改革还没有兼顾教师的利益,教师的专业身份与话语权和利益受到影响,是不可不关注的事实。
