摘要
介绍了我国特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品和婴幼儿配方食品的主要法规标准,对定义、注册管理、生产条件、使用的原料、营养成分限量及标签标识等方面的规定进行了梳理,并对两类产品法规标准的异同点进行了比较分析,为两类食品的生产、监管和使用提供参考依据。
This article introduced the main regulations and standards for infant formula and formulas for special medical purposes infended for infants. And the regulations and requirements of definitions, registry, manufacture, ingredients, nutrient limited and labeling were compared and analyzed. Better understanding about the two types of special food will promote the using, managing and manufacturing.
