不同方法萃取罗汉果渣油脂品质及成分分析 被引量:3

摘要 以罗汉果渣为原料,采用超临界CO_2萃取方法和亚临界萃取方法萃取罗汉果渣油脂,对所得油脂品质进行分析对比,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分析鉴定。结果表明超临界CO_2萃取和亚临界萃取所得罗汉果渣油脂品质正常,且都含有不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸、角鲨烯、植物甾醇等主要有效成分,营养价值丰富。超临界CO_2萃取和亚临界萃取2种萃取方法对罗汉果渣油脂成分的组成和相对含量都存在影响,超临界CO_2萃取所得罗汉果渣油脂所含不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸、角鲨烯含量较亚临界萃取所得罗汉果渣油脂所含不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸、角鲨烯含量高。 Supercritical CO_2 extraction method and subcritical extraction method combined with GC-MS were set up to analyze the quality and components of oil from Momordica grosvenori residue by using Momordica grosvenori residue as raw materials. The results showed that the quality of both of the oil from Momordica grosvenori residue by supercritical CO_2 extraction and by subcritical extraction were normal. Both of the oil were rich in nutrition and contain main effective components,such as linoleic acid,squalene and phytosterols. The components composition and relative content of the oil from Momordica grosvenori residue by supercritical CO_2 extraction and by subcritical extraction were different. The oil from Momordica grosvenori residue by supercritical CO_2 extraction was richer in linoleic acid,squalene than the oil from Momordica grosvenori residue by subcritical extraction.
