摘要
对铸轧板晶粒度不均缺陷的观察和分析表明,铸嘴内腔温度场和流场不均是该缺陷产生的主要原因。通过改变铸嘴内部结构和分流块的位置,加强工艺监督,能够避免铸轧板表面晶粒度不均的缺陷。
Through observing and analyzing the defects of uneven casting rolling plate grain sizes, the main causes of defects are unevenness of temperature field and flow field in casting nozzle cavity. The defects of uneven grain sizes of casting roiling plate surface can be avoided by changing the internal struc- ture of the casting nozzle and the manifold block location and strengthening the supervision of process.
