摘要 目的:探讨IL-18、IL-13与支气管哮喘发病关系及临床意义。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法测定49例哮喘患者及20例健康成年人血清IL-18、IL-13浓度。根据哮喘袖珍指南分成两组,对其相关资料给以回顾性分析。结果:两组患者的血清IL-18浓度之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组血清IL-18水平均高于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);哮喘未控制组血清IL-13浓度显著高于哮喘控制组以及正常对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而哮喘控制组及正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);哮喘未控制组中IL-18与IL-13成正相关关系(r=0.81,P<0.01),但控制组中IL-18与IL-13未存在明显相关关系(r=-0.31,P>0.05)。结论:血清IL-13水平升高,Th2细胞免疫功能亢进,是哮喘发病的重要机制;而IL-18可促进IL-13分泌,导致哮喘发病。 Objective To explore the IL - 18, IL - 13 relation with bronchial asthma onset and its clinical significance. Method The serum concentration of IL - 18 and IL - 13 were tested by ELISA based on 49 cases of asthma patients and 20 healthy adults, and the related information were retrospective analyzed. Results Serum IL - 18 in two groups of patients had no statistically significant difference between the concentration (P 〉 0.05), but the two groups of serum IL - 18 levels were higher than in normal control group (P 〈 0.01); Asthma was not in the control group of serum, Concentration of IL - 13 asthma was significantly higher than control group and normal control group (P 〈 0.01), and asthma between control group and normal control group had no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05); Asthma of IL - 18 in the control group were positively correlated with IL - 13 (r = 0.81, P 〈 0.01), but IL - 18 in the control group with IL - 13 showed no obvious correlation between (r = 0.31, P 〉 0.31). Conclusion Serum IL - 13 levels, Th2 cellular immune function, is the important mechanism for controlling asthma; And IL - 18 can promote the secretion of IL - 13, lead to asthma pathogenesis.
