乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Lactose Acid Azithromycin on the Treatment of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia

目的:对乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床效果进行观察。方法:选取在博罗县罗阳镇卫生院接受治疗的支气管肺炎患儿64例,分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组患儿给予头孢拉定治疗,观察组患儿给予乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗,1周后对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎效果确切,可以作为临床上首选的治疗方法。

Objective The acid in lactose azithromycin treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia clinical effects were observed. Selection Methods 64 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia were chosen as the research object, and each 32 cases were divided into control group and experimental group, control group to give children cephalosporins on treatment, the experimental group of children give lactose acid azithromycin treatment, the contrast the treatment effect in two groups of children a week later. Results The experimental group with the treatment effect is better than the control group, P 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Lactose azithromycin treatment effect is exact, the child bronchitis acid can be used as the preferred treatment, thus is worth popularizing in clinic.
