摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和丙烯酰胺为原料,使用过硫酸铵为引发剂,采取活泼单体补加方法,以特性黏数为主要考核指标,对50%阳离子度二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与丙烯酰胺的共聚物进行了制备工艺优化研究。研究了单体质量分数、引发剂用量、聚合反应温度和乙二胺四乙酸二钠用量对产物特性黏数和残余双键含量的影响。得到的最佳制备工艺条件是:单体质量分数为30.0%,引发剂。用量占单体的质量分数为1.00%,聚合反应温度为60℃.乙二胺四乙酸二钠用量占单体的质量分数为1.00×10^-4,产物特性黏数1.72dL/g。在该工艺条件下产物稳定性好。
Using dimethyldiallylammonium chloride and acrylamide as the materials and ammonium persulfate as the initiator,the preparation technologies of eopolymer Poly(DMDAAC-eo-AM) with cationieity of 50% via stage-addition of active monomer were researched by using the intrinsic viscosity as quantitative criterion. The effects of the monomer mass percentage, ammonium persulfate dosage, temperature and Na2EDTA dosage on the intrinsic viscosity and residual double bond of copolymer were studied.The results show that intrinsic viscosity of copolymer with cationicity of 50% could be up to 1.72 dL/g, when the monomer mass percentage was 30.0%,the ratio of ammonium persulfate mass to monomer mass was 1.00%, the temperature was 60 ℃, the ratio of Na2EDTA mass to monomer mass was 1.00×10^-4. The product is stable on the storage condition.
