精神科护士心理韧性和人格特征对幸福感影响的研究

The influence of resilience and personality on well-being of nurses in psychiatric department

目的探讨精神科护士的心理韧性和人格特征对幸福感的影响。方法采用大五人格简式量表、心理韧性量表和总体幸福感量表对420名精神科护士进行问卷调查。结果精神科护士幸福感得分(3.61±0.41)分,幸福感与人格特征中外倾性、宜人性和责任感呈正相关(P<0.01),与神经质呈负相关(P<0.01),与心理韧性呈正相关(P<0.01)。分层回归分析结果显示,外倾性、责任感和心理韧性是精神科护士幸福感的重要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应重视精神科护士积极人格特征的塑造,采取相应措施增强护士的心理韧性,以提升其幸福感水平。

Objective To determine the impact of personality and resilience on well - being in psychiatric nurses. Methods A total of 420 psychiatric nurses were assessed with Big Five Inventory （BF1） , Connor - Davidson Resilience Scale （ CD - RISC ） and General Well - Being Scale （GWB）. Results The well - being score of psychiatric nurses was （3.61 ±0.41 ） ,which was in a below average level. The well - being was positively correlated with extraversion,a- greeableness and conscientiousness （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and negatively correlated with resilience （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Hierarchical multiple regression showed that extraversion, conscientiousness and resilience were influencing factors of nurses＂ well - being （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses＇pos- itive personality trait, and take relevant measures to strengthen their resilience, thus to enhance their well - being.
