儿科ICU护士对健康工作环境评价的调查

Pediatric ICU nurses' perceptions of healthy working environment

目的调查儿科ICU护士对健康工作环境的评价,营造满足ICU护士需要的健康工作环境。方法使用磁性基本要素量表II对134名儿科ICU护士进行调查。结果儿科ICU护士对健康工作环境评价较高,学历、职称、工作年限影响儿科ICU护士对健康工作环境评价的因素。结论护理管理者应给予低学历护士更多的培训机会以及给予中等年资儿科ICU护士更多的支持,关注健康工作环境的过程指标,营造满足儿科ICU护士需要的健康工作环境,提升护理质量。

Objective To investigate pediatric ICU nurses＇perceptions of healthy working environment, so as to create a healthy working environment for ICU nurses： Method A total of 134 pediatric ICU nurses were investigated using the Essentials of Magnetism II. Results Pediatric ICU nurses had a higher e- valuation on healthy working environment. Education level, professional title and working years were influencing factors. Conclusion Nursing managers should give more training chance to nurses with low level of education, and more support to secondary qualification pediatric ICU nurses, and focus on the process indica- tors of healthy working environment, to create a healthy working environment for meeting pediatric ICU nurses＂ need, and improve nursing quality.
