摘要
目的评价持续质量改进在结肠镜检查前肠道清洁度中的应用效果。方法成立持续质量改进小组,对患者肠道清洁度差的影响因素进行统计分析,制订落实整改措施并定期反馈。结果持续质量改进后,患者结肠镜检查前肠道清洁度为97.03%,较改进前89.68%有明显提高(P<0.01),患者对护理工作满意度提高(P<0.01),小组成员综合能力提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进能有效提高结肠镜检查肠道清洁度,促进护理服务质量的不断提升。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of continuous quality improvement (CQI) in the intestinal tract cleanliness of patients before eolonoscopy. Methods A CQI team was set up to analyze all the possible factors which lead to poor intestinal tract cleanliness and design, carry out and restruc- ture implement plan, then give real - time feedback. Results After the implementation of CQI, the qualified rate of intestinal tract cleanliness among patients af- ter colonoscopy was 97.03%, which was significant higher than before ( 89.68% ) ( P 〈 0.01 ). The satisfaction of nursing among patients was improved ( P 〈 0.01 ). The comprehensive ability of all team members was improved ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion CQI can improve the intestinal tract cleanli- ness of patients before colonoscopy and play a remarkable role in promoting the quality of nursing service.
