尽快提高民间信仰事务管理的法治化水平

作为一种信仰体系或传统信仰方式,民间信仰其内容纷繁复杂且根深蒂固。民间信仰出自于本土,毫无疑问是宗教发展坚持中国化方向的最深厚土壤和须臾不可或缺的营养与水分。因此,深入体会习总书记所强调的宗教发展要坚持中国化方向的精神,似有必要把民间信仰事务及其治理层面的法治化问题给予清晰的梳理。越是传统的,越需要对法治化的适应。对于民间信仰及民间信仰事务的法治化管理工作而言,如何更好地适应法治中国、法治化社会,尽快提高民间信仰事务管理的法治化水平,无疑是当代中国宗教及其信仰方式演进更新的一个必然趋势。

As one of belief systems and traditional belief modes, folk belief is complicated in contents and deeply rooted. Folk belief originates from the local regions, and is undoubtedly the fertile soil and indispensable nutrition and moisture of sinicization orientation of religious development. Therefore, in order to understand General Secretary Xi＇s emphasis that religious development should stick to sinici- zation, it is necessary to sort out legalization issues of folk belief affairs and administrative level. The traditional ones are in much need to adapt to legalization. In terms of folk beliefs and legalized admin- istration of folk belief affairs, the inevitable trends for the contemporary religions and evolution of be- lief modes are： adjusting to legalized China and legalized society, enhancing the legalization level of folk belief administration.
