论西藏和平解放时期国际环境与中共的应对策略

On International Circumstance and Countermeasures of Communist Party ofChina in the Time of Peaceful Liberation of Xizang

西藏和平解放时期,国际关系复杂,美、英、印等国插手其中,挑拨离间,阴谋破坏,使得原本就具有特殊地理和民族因素的西藏解放事业变得更加困难。中国共产党审时度势,携着新民主主义革命的丰富经验,坚持维护民族独立和国家主权的原则,分别采取了灵活多样的外交策略,一一化解来自印度、美国、英国等的阻力,西藏和平解放事业才得以顺利完成。其间,外国干涉我国主权的方式与目的、西藏分裂主义的各种表现、中央处理国际关系的原则和策略等都值得我们今天深入思考。

In the time of peaceful liberation of Xizang, the international relationships were complicat- ed, countries such as USA, UK and India interfered the internal affairs of China, alienate Xixang from China and plotted sabotage. All these complicated the liberation cause in Xizang, which has its own special geography and ethnic elements. By sizing up the situation and with abundant experience of new democratic revolution, the Communist Party of China stuck to the principle of national independ- ence and sovereignty, took flexible diplomatic strategies to cope with the obstructions from India, USA and UK, and eventually accomplished the peaceful liberation of Xizang. Today we should re- think of all the means and purposes of foreign interference into our sovereignty, various forms of se- cessionism in Xizang, principles and strategies central committee of the Communist Party of China has taken while handling international relationships.
