摘要
目的观察药对枳壳厚朴对抑郁大鼠体重及行为学的影响。方法采用慢性不可预见性温和应激结合孤养建立抑郁模型,建模前和第3、5、7周后,测量大鼠体重和行为学指标。结果造模前、3周后各组大鼠体重及行为学比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。5周、7周后,正常组、氟西汀组、ZH(枳壳厚朴药对,zhiqiao-houpu herb pair)10 g/kg组、ZH20 g/kg组与模型组相比,体重、糖水消耗增加(P<0.01),游泳不动时间减少(P<0.01);ZH3 g/kg组,ZH30 g/kg组与模型组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);与氟西汀组相比,ZH10 g/kg组体重、糖水消耗减少(P<0.05);ZH20 g/kg组与氟西汀组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论ZH20 g/kg的抗抑郁疗效与西药氟西汀组相当,优于10 g/kg。
Objective To observe the effect of herb pair of ZH (Zhiqiao-Houpu) of rats model in depression on weight and behaviors. Methods The rats model were built under the conditions of chronic unpredictable mild stress and separation. Measuring weight and behaviors in first day and the third, fifth, seventh week during building model. Results Before model exerting and third week later, no difference existed among rats on weight and behaviors (P 〉 0.05). Five and seven weeks later, compared with model group, rats' weight, percentage of the sucrose consumption increased, immobility time in FST (forced swimming test) decreased in Normal, Fluoxetine, ZH10 g/kg, ZH20 g/kg group (P 〈 0.01); there is no difference among ZH3 g/kg, ZH30 g/kg, model group. Compared with Fluoxetine group, rats' weight, percentage of the sucrose consumption reduced in ZH10 g/kg group (P 〈 0.01), no difference existed between Fluoxetine and ZH20 g/kg group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion ZH20 g/kg's efficacy of anti-depression similar to Fluoxetine and better than ZH 10 g/kg.
