摘要 目的探讨模糊数学综合评价法在处方筛选中的应用。方法以益气通络颗粒为模型药物,在正交试验基础上,研究三氯蔗糖、甜菊素、DL-苹果酸对模型药物的影响,并应用模糊综合评价法对正交试验9种处方进行甜味、苦味、总体口感、溶化性感官评价,通过综合评判筛选出最佳处方。结果模糊感官综合评价结果为:处方2>处方3>处方8>处方5>处方9>处方1>处方4>处方6>处方7。验证试验表明,利用正交试验和模糊综合评价法进行处方筛选可达到试验目的。结论模糊数学综合评价结果科学、准确。 Objective To investigate the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive sensory evaluation method in the application of prescription screening. Methods Taking Yiqitongluo granules as drug model, based on orthogonal test, research the effect on the drug model with sucralose, steviosin and DL-malic acid. Nine kinds of prescription were observed on sweetness, bitterness, overall taste and sexual melting using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Comprehensive evaluation was used for selecting the best prescription. Results Fuzzy Sensory Evaluation results: Prescription 2 〉 Prescription 3 〉 Prescription 8 〉 Prescription 5 〉 Prescription 9 〉 Prescription 1 〉 Prescription 4 〉 Prescription 6 〉 Prescription 7. Verification tests showed that conducted by orthogonal experiment and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of formulation can be achieved experimental purposes. Conclusion The fuzzy mathematics comprehensive method was scientific and accurate.
