摘要 目的确定砂仁油的提取及包埋工艺。方法采用正交试验设计优选砂仁油的提取条件;以β-环糊精为包埋材料,采用单因素试验设计优选砂仁油的包埋工艺条件。结果砂仁油的最优提取工艺为:砂仁加9倍量水浸泡30 min,提取6 h,砂仁药材中砂仁油的平均含量为3.38%;包埋工艺条件为:砂仁油与β-环糊精的比例为1︰8,包埋温度为40℃,包埋时间为4 h,干燥温度为40℃,干燥时间为5 h,包埋物中砂仁油平均包埋率为69.4%。结论优选的砂仁油的提取工艺和包埋工艺合理、可行。 Objective To explore the extraction technology and inclusion process of oil in Fructus Amomi. Methods By using orthogonal experiment to select the optimal extraction conditions of oil in Fructus Amomi.Using β-cyclodextrin as inclusion material, a single factor experiment was adopted to select the optimum conditions for the inclusion of oil. Results The optimal extraction process of oil from Fructus Amomi was as follows: adding 9 times amount of water, soaking for 30 min and extracting for 6h, the average extraction rate of oil was 3.38%. The optimal inclusion process conditions was as follows: the ratio of oil and β-cyclodextrin was 1 : 8, inclusion temperature was 40℃, inclusion time was 4 h, drying temperature was 40℃, drying time was 5 h, the average inclusion rate of oil-13-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was 69.4%. Conclusion Optimization of the extraction technology of oil from Fructus Amomi and inclusion process was reasonable and feasible.
