摘要
目的优选清肠化湿颗粒中肉桂挥发油的提取及β-CD包合工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以加水量、提取时间、浸泡时间为考察因素,以挥发油提取量为指标,优选挥发油的最佳提取工艺;以挥发油与β-CD比例、包合温度、包合时间为考察因素,以挥发油包合率、包合物收得率为评价指标,优选最佳的包合工艺。结果挥发油最佳提取工艺为:加10倍水,浸泡1 h,提取6 h;挥发油最佳包合工艺为:挥发油与β-CD比例为1︰8(ml︰g),包合温度50℃,包合时间2 h。结论优选的挥发油提取与包合工艺稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil and inclusion preparation of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) from Cinnamomum cassia in Qingchanghuashi granule. Methods The extraction technology of volatile oil was optimized by orthogonal test with amount of water, extraction time and immerse times as factors using extraction of volatile oil content as index.The inclusion technology of volatile oil was optimized by orthogonal test with the ratio of volatile oil to 13-CD, inclusion temperature and inclusion time as factors using inclusion rate of volatile oil and yield of inclusion compound as index. Results Tlhe optimized extraction technology was as follows:10-fold water, soaking for 1 h,extracting for 6 h. The optimal inclusion technology was as follows: ratio of volatile oil to β-CD 1 : 8 ( ml : g ) , at 50 ℃, lasting for 2 h. Conclusion The optimized extraction and inclusion technology are stable and feasible.
