京津冀大学生创业胜任力现状及提升路径研究

Research on the Current Situation of College Students' Entrepreneurial Competency and the Path of Ascension in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province

京津冀协同发展不断深化,经济一体化进程加快,京津冀大学生的就业问题成为不可忽视的关键。应在梳理胜任力、创业胜任力研究的基础上,明确大学生创业胜任力的概念,并从创业知识、创业素质、创业技能三个维度诠释京津冀大学生创业胜任力的内涵特征,探索创业胜任力的提升路径:大学生要提高自身综合素质,积极参加社会实践;高校要加强创业素质教育,构建创新型人才培养体系;政府要完善创业服务体系,优化大学生创业社会环境。

With the promotion of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaboration, the process of economic integration develops faster and faster so that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei college students＇ employment problem become an important issue in the reform process.The concept of college students＇ entrepreneurial competence is proposed based on our research in college students ＇ capacity and entrepreneurial competency. To explain the connotational features, the tree dimensions are used which are entrepreneurship knowledge,entrepreneurship quality and entrepreneurship skills. Furthermore, the path of ascension on improving Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei students＇ entrepreneurial competence is explored. It is suggested that college students should improve their comprehensive quality and take part in social activities. As for universities, they should improve the education of entrepreneurship and construct innovative training system. What is more, our government should improve the innovation-service system and optimize the social environment that college students can start business well.
