摘要
针对传统人才培养模式的不足,提出以工作任务驱动的智能电子应用型人才的创新培养模式。首先从企业的角度分析工程师的工作任务和职业能力,并将职业能力转换为课程教学;其次在教学过程中融入C D IO工程教育理念进行项目化教学,最后采用该模式进行课堂教学和指导学生参与各种比赛与实践。实施的过程检验结果表明,该模式有效促进了智能电子专业学生的创新能力和岗位素质,并使他们具备较强的就业竞争力与职业发展能力。
In view of the shortcomings of traditional talent-cultivating modes, a task-driven talent-cultivating mode of intelligent electronics is proposed in this paper. Firstly, it analyzes the engineers work tasks and professional ability from the angle of enterprise, and converts the corresponding vocational ability to teaching. Secondly, it carries out the project teaching by integrating education concept of CDIO engineering. Finally, the model is performed through the class teaching and guides students to participate in all kinds of games and practices. The implementation of inspection results shows that the model effectively promotes students' innovation and job quality on intelligent electronics, and the students have stronger ability for jobs and better career development.
