摘要
英国基础学位的"雇主参与"模式通过行业技能协会、基础学位促进会等相关部门,为雇主深度参与基础学位提供了良好的环境。雇主企业的需求直接推动了合作的实现,相关组织的积极协助和配合推进了项目的实施,诸多配套制度和措施保证了项目的长期发展。此模式可为我国职业教育推进校企合作提供一定的参考依据。
Based on Sector Skills Councils and Foundation Degree Forward, the Employer Involvement pattern of British foundation degree provides a good environment for employers' higher involvement in foundation degree. The employers' needs promote the collaboration. The assistance and cooperation of related organizations contribute to the implementation of projects. Several supporting systems and measures guarantee the long-term success of projects. Such pattern could be a reference for school-enterprise cooperation operated by Chinese vocational education.
