介绍日本新职业训练指导员养成制度,分析日本职业训练现状,并对职业训练指导员养成制度变化的本质意义加以探讨。
The system of Japan＇s new vocational training instructor is introduced and the situation of Japan＇s vocational training is analyzed in this paper. The meaning for the change of the system of Japan＇s new vocational training instructor is also elaborated.
