基于三菱PLC的磨毛机控制系统设计

摘要 本文对国内外磨毛机的控制方式进行了分析和比较,并对磨毛机的基本工作原理进行了阐述。提出了采用主从三菱PLC为核心,以三菱伺服电机为执行元件的磨毛机控制方案。并对控制系统的系统硬件和软件进行了设计,本文主要针对张力调节控制系统进行了设计。该控制系统已应用于磨毛机,实现了张力的恒定控制和设备的自动控制,并且控制系统响应速度快,运行平稳。 In this paper, domestic and foreign sanding machine control methods were analyzed and compared, and the basic working principle of sanding machines were described. The control scheme of the sanding machine with the Mitsubishi PLC as the core and the Mitsubishi servo motor as the executive component is put forward. And the hardware and software of the control system are designed. In this paper, the tension control system is designed. The control system has been applied to the sanding machine, to achieve a constant tension control and equipment, automatic control, and control system response speed, smooth operation.
