本文介绍了西门子SMART_PLC在线缆行业卷绕机上的应用方案,通过实际运行,达到了设备的设计指标,整机运行平稳。同时提升设备网络通讯接口功能和数据记录查询功能,满足工业4.0发展趋势的需求。
In this paper, Siemens SMART PLC in the cable industry on the winding machine application program, through the actual operation, to achieve the equipment design indicators, machine running smoothly. While enhancing equipment network communication interface functions and data record query function to meet the needs of the development trend of industrial 4.0.
