摘要
随着经济的发展,电力需求不断增大,水电作为清洁能源,对它的开发、利用也在不断深化,水电站的自动化控制技术也随之得到了迅猛发展。水电厂控制设备种类多,现场采集和处理的数据信息量大,控制过程复杂,因此对发电机组控制的实时性和可靠性要求较高。目前监控系统主要是采用以PLC为核心的现地控制单元,用于处理现场数据和对现场设备进行控制,这就要求PLC高效稳定和响应速度快。本文以引子渡水电厂LCU改造为例,对现地控制单元核心部件MB80PLC做较为详细的阐述和分析。
With the development of the economy, the demand for electricity is increasing, and the exploitation and utilization of water and electricity as clean energy is also deepening. The automation control technology of hydropower station has also developed rapidly. There are many types of control equipment in hydropower plant, and the amount of data collected and processed on site is large and the control process is complicated. Therefore, the real- time and reliability of generator set control is high. At present, the monitoring system is mainly based on the PLC as the core of the local control unit for processing the field data and on- site equipment control, which requires PLC efficient and stable response and fast. In this paper, the LCU of Yinzidu Hydropower Plant is taken as an example to illustrate and analyze the MB80PLC, the core component of the local control unit.
