随着我国医药卫生体制改革的深化,区域医疗卫生机构的信息化监管工作已成为卫生管理部门,尤其是信息化管理建设部门的重要工作。政府监管部门信息化监管项目的建设任务也更为繁重。如何适应这个变化,更好的对信息化建设项目进行管理,是对政府医疗卫生管理部门信息化建设人员的新要求。本文根据"安徽省县级公立医院监管平台"的建设过程,从项目建设、组织管理、实施监督等角度,对管理部门信息化建设项目的管理进行全面阐述,旨在为广大政府管理工作者提供相关参考和帮助。

Along with the deepening healthcare System reform in China, the regional Informatization for public health providers has becoming a crucial task for the public health administrative sectors, particularly for the information technology departments. With the intensifying tasks, the information technology departments in public administrative sectors are required to adapt the new challenge. This thesis introduces the project management of ＂County Public Hospitals Monitoring Platform of Anhui Province＂, including project planning, organization and implementation, to explain and assist the development of comprehensive processes project management in public health information technology departments.
