摘要
目的探讨“订单式”培养模式在护理学专科教育中的应用效果。方法医院和某职业技术学院的40名护理大专生签订“订单式”培养协议。签订协议的学生第4学期的教学由学校和医院共同完成,增加护士工作礼仪、护患沟通技巧、上海人文介绍、沪语课等课程的学习,临床专业课及护理专业课以“边理论边实践”为主要教学方式,采用1周4d理论学习、2d临床见习的教学形式;第5-6学期在“订单”医院进行轮转实习,为每名学生安排院内导师,帮助其解决学习、生活、思想上的问题。结果“订单式”培养后,35名(87.5%)学生留院工作,其余5名学生在其他三级医院工作。结论“订单式”培养模式通过调整教学内容和教学方法,使学生在校学习和工作实践结合更紧密,促使学生尽快适应医院的语言文化环境,提高其护患沟通能力,有助于其尽快完成从学生到护士的转变。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of ordering cultivation mode in associate degree nursing students. Methods The hospital signed an agreement order with 40 associate degree nursing students and the teaching activities in the fourth semester were finished by the hospital and school together in the forms of theory integrated practice. Moreover,the contents of nursing etiquette,communication skills,Shanghai cultural introduction and local language were added into the courses. The students finished rotations in the ordered hospital in the fifth and sixth semester with a tutor. Results Thirty-five(87.5%) students were employed by the ordered hospital and five students were employed by other tertiary hospitals. Conclusion Ordering cultivation mode makes theory and prac- tice more combined by adjusting teaching contents and teaching methods,which facilitates nursing students to adapt to hospital environment,improve nurse-patient communication ability and promote role transition as soon as possible.
