口腔医院修复科护士分层培训体系的初步构建

Establishment of stratified training indicator system for prosthodontic nurses in stomatological hospitals

目的构建口腔医院修复科护士分层培训体系。方法在文献回顾和前期修复科护士培训需求调查的基础上编制专家函询问卷,选取24名专家,进行2轮函询。结果构建的口腔医院修复科护士分层培训体系包含专业知识、专业技能、急救知识与技能、院感知识、护理人文沟通、护理科研、组织管理技巧7个培训模块;N1级护士培训内容23项,N2级护士培训内容12项,N3级护士培训内容9项,N4级护士培训内容7项。结论初步构建的口腔医院修复科护士分层培训体系能体现专业特色,符合不同层级的岗位职责要求,为开展口腔护士分层培训奠定了基础。

Objective To develop the stratified training indicator system for prosthodontic nurses in stomatologi- cal hospitals. Methods The draft stratified training indicator system for prosthodontic nurses in stomatological hos- pitals was formulated based on literature review and questionnaire survey. Then,two rounds of expert consultation were conducted among 24 experts using Delphi technique. Results The stratified training indicator system for prosthodontic nurses in stomatological hospitals consisted of 7 dimensions which were professional knowledge,profes- sional skills,first aid knowledge and skills,nosocomial infection management,humanistic nursing communication,nurs- ing research,organizational management skills. There were 23 items for N1 level nurses,12 items for N2 level nurses,9 items for N3 level nurses and 7 items for N4 level nurses. Conclusion The stratified training indicator system for prosthodontic nurses in stomatological hospital embodies the specialty characteristics and meets the re- quirements of different levels of post duty. It provides basis for further development of stratified training indicator system for nurses in stomatological hospitals.
