护理本科病情观察课程的建设与实践

Curriculum construction and effects of Patient Observation for undergraduate nursing student

病情观察能力是护理专业学生核心胜任力之一。首都医科大学护理学院经过前期研究论证,在护理本科阶段开设了病情观察课程。该课程综合理论教学、病情模拟问诊、模拟实践训练、高仿真情境模拟、临床实践等多种教学形式,从多角度进行护理本科生病情观察能力的培养,是培养学生从护理角度进行病情观察能力以及体现现代护理以人为中心要求的教育内容改革与建设。课程已开设并实施7年,运行良好,并在实施中逐步完善。

The ability of patient observation is one of the core competencies of nursing students. School of Nursing,Capital Medical University has designed a course named as Patient Observation for undergraduate nursing students based on previous study. This course consists of lectures,simulated inquiry,simulated skills practice and clinical practice. It aims to train students＇ patient observation skills from multiple perspectives and focuses on the concept of ＂patient-centered care＂. This course has been set up and implemented for seven years,and works well.
