摘要
目的评价以焦点解决短期治疗法对护理人员沟通培训的影响。方法对445名护理人员进行以解决问题为导向的沟通知识和技能培训。比较培训前、培训1个月和3个月后护理人员沟通能力得分以及培训前后护理安全管理检查评分的变化。结果培训1个月和3个月后,护理人员的沟通能力总分及基本语言沟通能力、团队沟通能力得分均高于培训前(P<0.01),且培训1个月和3个月后得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。培训后医院护理安全管理检查得分(59.75±0.30)高于培训前(58.51±0.89,P<0.01)。结论将焦点解决短期治疗法用于护理人员的沟通培训中,能有效提高护理人员的沟通能力,规范安全管理中护理人员与医务人员、患者的沟通行为。
Objective To evaluate the effect of solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in communication training among nursing staff. Methods SFBT was applied in the commuciaton training among 445 nursing staff. The scores of communication skills and safety management before and after training were compared. Results The scores of nursing staffs communication skills at 1 and 3 months after training were significnatly higher than basehne(P〈O.01), while no significant difference was found in the communication skills score at 1 and 3 mouths after training(P〉O.05). The score of quality control inspection of safety management after training (59.75
±0.30) was significantly higher than baseline (58.51±0.89,P〈0.01). Conclusion The application of SFBT in eommuniciation training of nursing staff can effectively improve nurses' communication skills,stadardize communication behaviors between nurses with medical staff and patients.
