一次电网事故的继电保护动作分析

Analysis on protective actions in a power network incident

南郊变电站 10kV出线至高压室处的电缆头故障 ,引起一系列保护装置动作跳闸 ,造成南郊变电站全站失压。针对此次事故就各保护动作情况进行了分析 ,并对马庄变电站 110kV南庄Ⅱ线12 4开关保护越级跳闸误动原因提出了整定值的管理及开关机构维护和选型的整改意见。

A series of protective actions and a total outage are just caused by a fault of the cable head from 110 kV outgoing line to HV room of Nanjiao substation.The protective actions in this incident are analyzed and the causes of the faulty trip of 124 switch on 110 kV Nanzhuang Ⅱ line of Mazhuang substation are found.The suggestions are proposed for it:improve the management of settings,the maintenance of switching mechanism and the choosing of device types.
