摘要
从学历教育、医院管理实习、职业继续教育3个培养阶段,对美国医院管理人员的培养现状进行了分析,并结合我国三级甲等综合医院管理人员的培养现状,提出应加强管理人员的理论知识培养、进一步完善轮岗制度、加强继续教育的规范化管理等建议,以期为我国医院管理专业的教育和培训提供借鉴。
This paper analyzed the present development approaches of hospital administrators in America, in terms of the three development stages, namely academic education, hospital management practice, and continued professional education. Based on such, the authors proposed to enhance theory education, improve rotation mechanism, and enhance standard management on continued education for administrators, as a reference for education and training of the hospital administrative staff training in China.
