红七军、红八军高度重视部队的战时文化建设,通过对部队党性文化、战斗文化和群众文化的大力建设,不但成功实现部队从旧军队向工农红军的转变,而且在左右江革命根据地创造了生机勃勃的革命新文化,具有重要的历史作用。
