数字图书馆用户信息需求影响因素研究

Research on the Influence Factors of Users' Information Needs of Digital Libraries

随着网络信息技术飞速发展,数字图书馆已被社会广泛接受和认可,而用户信息需求一直都是数字图书馆研究和探讨的重点。通过理论分析与质性访谈,全面解析网络环境下数字图书馆用户信息需求的关键影响要素,并通过实证研究对数字图书馆用户信息影响因素模型进行检验与修正。数字图书馆用户信息需求影响因素主要分为个人特质、系统感知及任务特征这三个维度,三个维度下的七个变量与数字图书馆用户信息需求成正相关关系,研究成果为满足用户个性化、动态化的信息需求,提升数字图书馆信息服务能力提供了参考依据。

Along with the rapid development of network information technology, digital libraries have been widely recog- nized by the society, and users＇ information needs have always been the focus of digital library research and discussion. Us- ing the theoretical analysis and the qualitative interview, this paper comprehensively researches the key influence factors of the digital library users＇ information needs under the network environment. With the empirical study, this paper analyses inspection and correction of digital library users＂ information needs model. The influence factors of users＇ information needs of digital libraries are mainly divided into three dimensions, personal traits, system environment and task characteris- tics. Eventually it turns out that seven variables positively correlated with the digital library users＂ information needs, and provides a reference to meet the dynamic information needs of the user personalization and to improve digital library infor- mation service ability.
