摘要
磷石膏再生利用的方法之一是分解制硫酸联产水泥。采用不同气氛方法来分解磷石膏,并通过Sigmaplot软件的曲线拟合技术对实验数据进行拟合,得到磷石膏在两次气氛循环期间质量与时间的关系曲线和方程表达式,并分析了实验结果变化的可能原因,解决了磷石膏质量变化同加热时间对应关系的问题。结果表明磷石膏在经历还原气氛-氧化气氛-还原气氛-氧化气氛四个阶段后反应趋于饱和,此时目标产物CaO的生成量以及磷石膏的转化率达到最大,此工艺过程边际效应最优。
One of the methods used in the recycling of phosphogypsum is to decompose the sulfuric acid production of cement. The present study applied this method to decompose phosphogypsum under different atmosphere conditions, the experimental data were curve fitted with Sigmaplot software. By this way, two correlation curves of time and quality and equation were obtained, the possible reasons of resulting in experimental results changes were analyzed. The corresponding relationship between the phosphogypsum quality changes and the heating time was identified. The results showed that the phosphogypsum tends to be saturate after the four stages of reaction (reduction atmosphere-oxidation atmosphere-reduction atmosphere-oxidation atmosphere), the quantity of the target product (CaO) and phosphogypsum conversion rate reached the maximum, which is the most economical process of recycling phosphogypsum.
