我国高校师资博士后制度困惑与实践反思 被引量:18

摘要 师资博士后制度在加速高校人才流动、降低人才培养成本和引进风险以及优化高校教师队伍的内部结构等方面都发挥了积极的作用。但是从师资博士后角度来看,由于师资博士后的权威性和社会认可度不足等原因导致目前高校师资博士后群体面临角色定位、生活和科研保障、组织管理以及考核评价等多个环节存在不足之处。我国高校应从明确师资博士后角色定位、解决"前途"和"钱途"的后顾之忧、创新师资博士后培养模式以及健全师资博士后考评体系等方面寻求师资博士后制度的发展之路。 Reserve postdoctoral teachers system has played a positive role in accelerating university students in mobility,personnel training costs and reduces the risk of introduction and optimization of the internal structure of the Ranks of Teachers. However,university teacher's postdoctoral groups in many areas of roles,life and security research,organization and management as well as appraisal and other deficiencies exist due to lack of authority and social recognition of post-doctoral teachers and other reasons from the perspective of post-doctoral faculty. Therefore,the promotion of reserve postdoctoral teachers system in China sent a letter should clearly post-doctoral faculty role,address four aspects of"future"and"money"worries,innovative teacher training mode and a sound postdoctoral faculty evaluation system and so on.
