闽南文化产业与旅游产业融合发展研究——以东山关帝文化旅游节为例

On the Integration of Minnan's Cultural Industry and Tourism Industry:Taking Guandi Cultural Tourism Festival in Dongshan as an Example

产业融合是旅游产业转型升级的有效途径。为促进闽南文化与旅游产业融合发展,运用产业融合理论,以东山关帝文化旅游节为研究对象,对其融合发展概况、融合动力机制、融合障碍进行分析,提出政府要建立引导扶持闽南文化与旅游产业融合的保障机制;转变办节思路,推动东山关帝文化旅游节市场化运作;鼓励企业、民间参与,扩大民间参与领域;培养熟悉旅游产业和节庆运作的复合型人才等融合对策。

Industrial integration is an effective way to promote tourism industrial transformation and upgrading. This paper, using the industrial integration theory, and taking Guandi Cultural Tourism Festival as the research object, analyzes the general situation, dynamic mechanism and ob- stacles of integration. It also proposes that the government berequired to establish the guarantee mechanism, which is supposed to guide the integration of Minnan＇s（South Fujian Province） cultural industry and tourism industry.Meanwhile, the government should change the way of thinking, push forward the market-oriented operation of Guandi Cultural Tourism Festival, and encourage enterpri- ses and non-government groups to participate in the festivals.Thus, the governmentshould cultivate compounded talents, who are familiar with the tourism industry and the festival operation.
