普法是推动法治中国加快实现的重要手段,而对青少年普法的必经路径就是法治教育。要构建中国中小学法治教育的体系,必须先行法治教育课程化,这需要在定好位的基础上,解决课程内容、课程方法、考核标准和师资力量等问题,并尽快将法治教育纳入政府规划来实施。

The popularization of law is one of the important means to push China to speed up the development, and the only way for the popularization of law for the youth is through mass education of laws. To build up the legal system of primary and secondary school education, we must firstly set up the law education curriculum. For this purpose, we need to solve problems, including curriculum contents, curriculum methods, evaluation standards and faculties etc, and put it into practice as soon as possible.
