高校监督执纪“四种形态”的思考与实践

王岐山同志提出的监督执纪"四种形态",是对"把纪律和规矩挺在前面"的进一步发展,是对管党治党规律的进一步认识。当前,高校在推进"四种形态"的过程中,还存在认识不到位、纪律意识淡薄、思维惯性、不敢担当、能力不足等方面的消极因素。必须以坚强的党性和责任担当,切实把握和深入推进,推动全面从严治党不断取得新成效。

The supervision and discipline of ＂four forms＂ put forward by Comrade Wang Qishan, is the further development of ＂Put discipline and rules in front＂ and further understanding of regularity in Managing Party. Nowadays, universities face negative factors, such as lack of proper understanding, weak sense of discipline, psychological inertia, being afraid of duty and poor capability in pushing the ＂four forms＂. We must insist on strong Party spirit and responsibility, effectively grasp and deepen the enforcement of strict Party discipline to achieve new progress.
