药学生职业生涯规划指导实践与创新研究

药学系为了使药学生毕业后顺利就业,本系从新生入学开始指导学生作好职业生涯规划,使学生在了解药学专业特点及就业渠道的基础上,通过职业规划的"小课堂"、就业指导讲座及订单培养模式的开启等使药学生在校期间就大大缩小了和社会的差距,提高了药学生的职业规划素养同时对学生的就业方向进行了指导。

In order to make sure every student from Pharmacy Department can obtain employment smoothly, our department begins to help every new student to have a clear occupational planning from the first day they come to the college. On the basis of letting students know the characteristics and the employment channels of pharmacy, the Pharmacy Department is making attempt to reduce the distance between the students and the society by the methods of having small class of occupational planning, the lecture of careers guidance, the starting of Order-mode education and so on. The methods we mentioned above can significantly improve the occupational planning abilities of students, at the same time, we also guide, the employment orientation of the student at the same time.
