实践论视域下的高校辅导员职业发展途径探究——以辅导员带队参加重大赛事的志愿活动为例

社会实践作为大学生第二课堂,是高校推进思想政治教育工作的有效途径。辅导员带队参加重大赛事志愿活动是大学生社会实践的一种,不仅能够在志愿活动中实现辅导员指导大学生行为帮助大学生成长的目的,而且也成为促进高校辅导员职业发展的有效途径。文章以作者多次带队参加包含G20杭州峰会在内的国内外重大赛事的志愿活动为出发点,努力探究社会实践在高校辅导员职业发展过程中的积极作用。

As the second class of college students, social practice is an effective way to promote the ideological and political education in universities. That the counselors lead the students to participate in volunteer activities of major events can hot only help the growth of college students, but also become the effective way to promote the development of their own occupation. The paper starts the study from the author＇ experience that the author repeatedly led the students to participate in major volunteering events at home and abroad including the G20 summit in Hangzhou, and explores the positive role of social practice in the process of college counselors in the development of occupation.
