摘要
以法律知识、法律情感、法律评价为内容,采取问卷调查的形式对法科生的法律观念进行调研,主要考察他们是否掌握了较为扎实的法律知识,并将之内化为自己的信念,据以指导自己的行为;是否具备较为客观、理性的法治观念,及与之相应的法治思维等等。建议加强本科生的通识教育,明确法科生作为卓越法律人才的角色和定位,革新法学教育,满足国家对高素质法律人才之需。
The paper takes the legal knowledge, legal emotion and legal evaluation as the content, takes questionnaire to investigate the law students' legal concept, mainly examines whether they master legal knowledge is solid, and put into their own beliefs to guide their behavior and whether they have more objective and rational conception of rule of law, and the corresponding thinking etc. , proposing the suggestions to strengthen undergraduate general education, clear the role and position of law students as excellent legal talents, reform legal education, in order to meet the national quality that law personnel needs.
