构建医德心理基础上的医德教育模式探究

Exploration of Medical Ethics Education Mode Construction Based on Medical Ethics Psychology

针对当前医德教育现状不足,探索研究医德教育模式新路径,构建医德心理基础的培育,分析医德心理机制各要素关系及其作用。从医学生的心理状态、思想状况以及现实医疗工作中存在的实际需要,有的放矢地来解决医德教育遇到的问题,达到实效性的医德教育目的。

Aiming at the current situation of the deficiency of medical ethics education,this paper explored new path of medical ethics education mode,constructed the cultivation of medical ethics psychological basis,and analyzed the relations between the various elements of medical ethics psychological mechanism and its functions. It should pointedly solve the problems of the medical ethics education thus to achieve the effectiveness of medical ethics education from the perspectives of medical students＇ psychological state,thought condition and actual need existing in the real medical work.
