摘要
目的了解目前潍坊地区男护士工作满意度及离职意愿现状,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法采用护士工作满意度评定量表、离职意愿量表对潍坊地区7所三级医院的153名男护士进行问卷调查。结果男护士工作满意度处于中等水平(3.20±0.43),其中对工资及福利满意度最低,其次为工作本身和个人成长及发展;离职意愿程度较高(2.37±0.58);离职意愿与满意度呈显著负相关(P<0.01);总体满意度、学历、工资及福利、职称、工作本身是男护士离职意愿的主要预测因子。结论管理者应重视影响男护士工作满意度及离职意愿的因素,采取积极有效的措施,提高其满意度、降低离职率,稳定男护士队伍。
Objective: To understand the status of male nurses' job satisfaction and turnover intention in Weifang and to discuss the relationshipbetween them. Methods: A total of 153 male nurses from 7 tertiary hospitals of Weifang were investigated using the Nurses Job Satisfaction Rating Scale and Turnover Intention Scale. Results:The male nurses' job satisfaction is at the medium level( 3. 20 ± 0. 43),of which the lowest is the salary and welfare and the second is the job itself and the personal growth and development. The level of turnover intention is high( 2. 37 ± 0. 58). Job satisfaction of male nurses were negatively correlated with turnover intention( P〈0. 01). Overall satisfaction,education background,salary and welfare,professional title and the job itself are the main predictive factors of male nurses' turnover intention. Conclusion: Managers should pay attention to the factors influencing male nurses' job satisfaction and turnover intention,take positive and effective measures to improve the degree of satisfactionand to reduce the turnover rate,and thus to stabilize the male nurse team.
