生命价值观视角下医生对患者的态度调查

Survey on Doctors' Attitude toward Patients from the Perspective of Life Value

目的了解医生的生命价值观现状及对患者的态度,分析生命价值观对医生态度的影响,并提出对策建议。方法运用问卷调查临床医生,对生命价值观和态度情况进行描述分析,运用结构方程模型分析生命观、价值观对医生对患者态度的影响。结果医生对生命观、价值观的认知比较积极,对患者的态度比较友善;良好的生命观、价值观对态度具有正向影响。结论要重视医生生命意识的继续教育,塑造以病人为中心的医患关系,以友善的态度对待病人。

Objective： To investigate the current status of doctors＇ life value and doctors＇ attitude toward patients,analyze the influence of the life value on the doctors＇ attitude,and then put forward the countermeasures.Methods： Questionnaire was conducted to investigate the doctors＇ life value and attitude towards patients,while structural equation model was used to analyze the influence of the life value on the doctors＇ attitude. Results： Doctors perceived the life value positively and the attitude toward patients was quite friendly. The active life value influenced the attitude positively. Conclusions： It should emphasize the continuing education of life consciousness for doctors,establish the patient centered doctor-patient relationship,and treat the patients in a friendly manner.
