摘要
无行为能力患者医疗决策的选择是临床实践的难点。阐述了传统的无行为能力患者的代理决策在法律、伦理方面的不足,并提出在大数据时代,基于数据的临床决策对无行为能力患者临床最优化选择的潜在价值。
The choice of medical decision-making of the incapacitated patients is a difficult point in clinical practice. This paper described the shortcomings of traditional surrogate decision-making for incapacitated patients with legal and ethical concerns. It put forward the potential value of data-based clinical decision-making for clinical optimized choice of incapacitated patients in the era of large medical data.
