我国急诊伦理的研究现状——基于文献计量学的研究

The Current Research Status of Emergency Ethics in China: Based on the Research of Bibliometrics

目的探索国内急诊伦理的研究现状和发展趋势,为急诊伦理的进一步发展提供理论指导和参考。方法检索CNKI、CBM、万方数据库和VIP4个数据库收录的急诊伦理相关的文献,采用Note Express2.8和Excel2007对检索纳入的文献建立数据库,进行导入和分类,对纳入的每篇文献从年份变化、期刊情况、研究地区、合作撰文情况等方面实施数据提取和统计。结果共检索出急诊伦理相关文献58篇,近几年来相应的文献呈现出逐年增高的趋势,作者来自全国17个省市自治区,21个机构;文献的分布地区不均衡,发文的单位以高等院校及其附属医院为主;研究的内容以护理伦理为主;合作撰文的所占整体比例不高;刊载的期刊以非核心期刊为主。结论我国急诊伦理研究发文数量呈逐年递增趋势,但发文地区集中在北京、上海、江苏等发达地区,发文的机构集中在高校及其附属医院,后续应注重研究领域的扩展和研究的深度,并加强跨地域、跨机构合作。

Objective： To explore the current research status and the development trend of emergency ethics in China,and thus to provide theoretical guide and reference to its further development. Methods： This paper retrieved the literatures related to emergency ethics in the database of CNKI,CBM,Wanfang and VIP. Note Express2. 8 and Excel 2007 were used to build a database,importing and classifying the included literatures. The publication year,journals,research regions,and the situation of co-writing were retrieved and analyzed. Results： There were 58 articles on emergency ethics retrieved in total. In recent years,the corresponding literature showed an increasing trend year by year. The authors were from 17 provinces and 21 institutions. The regions of these published literatures distributed unevenly. The institutions of these published literatures were mainly colleges and universities as well as their affiliated hospitals. The research content is mainly about nursing ethics,the proportion of co-writing is not high,and the published journals are mainly non-core. Conclusion： More and more articles on emergency ethics have been published in recent years. The regions involved were majority from developed areas such asBeijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,and so on. The institutions of the published literatures were mainly colleges and universities as well as their affiliated hospitals. In the future,it should focus on the expansion of the research area and the depth of the study and strengthen inter regional and inter organizational cooperation.
